Robust Insight is based in North Lincolnshire and is owned and run by Scott Owens CMRS Dip (MRS) BA (Hons). Scott is part of a new generation of research and insight professionals who prides himself on consistently providing fast, insightful and effective research to help organisations increase their understanding of their customers, employees or target market.
Robust Insight became an MRS Company Partner in 2014. Scott is also a full member of the MRS, a member of the Independent Consultants Group (ICG) and a member of the Business Intelligence Group (BIG).
We operate an associate model whereby we tap into our network of highly-skilled market research professionals to assist with large projects or those requiring a specific skill set. Our associates include researchers, statisticians, moderators, CATI operators and designers.
